You agree not to: - Use the services for any illegal purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Interfere with or disrupt the services - Upload malicious code or content - Impersonate others or provide false information - Use automated tools to access the services without permission - Share your account credentials with others - Violate any applicable laws or regulations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINLEY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: - Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities - Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services - Reliance on AI recommendations or information provided Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account through your settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you: - Violate these terms - Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity - Fail to pay fees when due Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

**Arbitration Agreement:** You agree that any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Finley will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. **Class Action Waiver:** You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions. **Governing Law:** These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. **Exception:** Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
